Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure code for web applications.
Technical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PHP web development, proficient in Laravel framework and its ecosystem, solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, experience with relational databases like MySQL and ORM frameworks like Eloquent. Additionally, they should be familiar with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as version control systems preferably Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies are also required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Proven work experience as a Laravel Developer, with at least 2 years of experience is necessary. A demonstrable portfolio of web applications developed using PHP and Laravel framework is also required. Strong understanding of web application security best practices, familiarity with Linux environment and server administration, and relevant certifications in PHP and Laravel development are highly valued.
