Acetylene Production Leadership Role

This position involves overseeing daily operations at our acetylene production plant to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with 8-12 years of experience in acetylene production and operations management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading teams of engineers and operators to foster a collaborative work environment;
- Developing and enforcing safety management systems to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
- Maintaining stringent quality control protocols to guarantee product consistency;
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to acetylene production;
- Efficiently managing resources to maximize operational efficiency;
- Analyzing data to monitor and improve production metrics;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred;
- At least 8 years of experience in acetylene production and operations management within the petrochemical industry;
