Expert Migration Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced migration specialist to lead data migration activities. As a key team member, you will collaborate closely with local business and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of global and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive deployment wave projects for assigned data objects.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams.
  • Verify data transformation tools and outputs.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation and initial verification.
  • Execute DVT scripts and support defect/hypercare incident resolution.
  • Coordinate defect resolution or escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GxP, CSV).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS.
  • Strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to healthcare or regulated industry environments.
  • Prior experience leading data migration in large ERP programs.
