Job Title

We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Coordinator, People Experience (GMAL Support and Service). This position will support the deployment and execution of change management strategies and facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms across global restaurant staff.

The ideal candidate will reside within India and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess existing Employee Experience tools and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Support the Supervisor Restaurant Digital Engagement in assessing the effectiveness and suitability of existing Employee Experience tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed
  • Employee Experience Management & Coordination:
    • Support the ongoing management of collaboration and engagement tools, ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives
    • Support in the coordination of the employment and execution of change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms, planning key stakeholder meetings and creating project timelines
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Help manage comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for employee engagement tools, helping to ensure Restaurant Employee Engagement tools comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources or Employee Experience
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
