Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing goals.

Content Creation & Editing
  • Create, edit, and publish captivating static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
  • Ensure all content accurately reflects the brand's identity and storytelling approach.
Copywriting & Communication
  • Compose compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that inform and drive action.
  • Adapt messaging for diverse audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).
Campaign Management
  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on various digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL) and suggest optimizations.
Community Engagement
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of stakeholders around the organization's projects.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
