Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operations Director to lead our business operations team at Astrotalk. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of FTEs handling escalations, ensuring seamless client relations and timely resolution within established TAT while maintaining high CSAT scores.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established processes, driving continuous process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on team and individual performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address operational issues promptly, enhancing overall client satisfaction.
  • Regularly provide insights on team performance, key metrics, and operational efficiency through comprehensive reports, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Proactively suggest strategies based on partner queries to improve their experience, promoting a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing a team of 5+ FTEs, preferably in roles involving Sales, Support, or Operations teams, showcasing leadership prowess.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams, driving collective success.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • A proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements, resulting in tangible business outcomes.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to inform decisions and drive strategic growth.
