Production Sourcing Leader Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Magnetic Resonance Imaging business by leading strategic and technical sourcing projects to achieve business objectives.

  • Maximize business outcomes by identifying and executing cost-saving opportunities and supplier innovation roadmaps
  • Develop and localize new suppliers that align with our commercial and technical requirements globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to qualify regional suppliers
  • Support cost-out initiatives and supplier transfers to drive business success

You will work closely with commodity experts and MR production sourcing leaders to anticipate market trends and risks. Your goal is to design and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy across regions and commodities.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze and resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to drive business growth and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sourcing decisions

Additionally, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sourcing projects.
