Job Description">

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Project Management Office and drive strategic delivery across multiple technology initiatives. This role will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, overseeing end-to-end project execution, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and aligned to organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities">

  4. Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology initiatives.">

  6. Manage project budgets, perform variance analysis, and ensure financial accountability.">
  7. Forecast resource demand, identify skill gaps, and optimize team allocation.">
  8. Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.

">

- Strong experience in process consultancy, governance frameworks, and enterprise program delivery.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

">Desirable Skills">

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) for reporting and analysis.

- Exposure to enterprise project portfolio management tools.

">

- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, or CSM will be an added advantage.
