Job Overview:

The role of Store Manager encompasses strategic oversight and operational management of the store, ensuring seamless execution of its functions.

Key to this role is maintaining compliance with established guidelines to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve revenue and cost objectives.

  • Spearhead daily operations, aligning them with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to the prescribed store image and standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring captivating product displays and store layouts that reflect the brand's identity.
  • Effectively track transactions and budgets for store operations, ensuring fiscal prudence and meeting financial targets.
  • Implement robust security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Lead the preparation of stores for formal launches across all dimensions and during refit & conversion initiatives.
Customer Experience Strategy:
  • Develop processes to enhance the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering loyalty among customers.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate the success of store operations, providing regular reports to senior management.
People Leadership:
  • Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality customer service and sales effectiveness.
  • Anchortrainings as required for team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and maintain integration of in-store & online operations.
