IGA Developer

As a highly skilled Identity Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding applications and ensuring seamless integration with our IGA system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with application owners to understand their system and explain the integration process/purpose and goals.
• Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
• Coordinate and test custom development required by the app team to perform the integration.
• Work with internal engineers to build integrations as per governance best practices and application requirements.
• Coordinate and assist app teams in UAT.
• Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.

Qualifications:

• 7-9 years of experience working with IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
• Experience with identity mapping, configuring source and target applications, and developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
• Administrating SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
• RBAC analysis and implementation expertise.
• Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
• Developing custom reports, forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and correlation.
• Creating custom rules and managing life cycle management like joiner events, leaver events, and manager transfer events.
• Onboarding various applications into the IGA system.
• Good work ethic and Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
