Mortgage Operations Associate

This role is focused on executing process execution and documentation, working on tasks that are mostly well-defined and routine. You will be responsible for data transactions and interaction via calls. As part of the operations team, you will contribute by sharing knowledge and standard methodologies to enhance team performance.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality output while fulfilling customer needs and requirements. They should also be resilient, able to balance pressure from various factors and situations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing pre-defined tasks with minimal supervision
  • Completing assigned routine tasks within specified time frames and meeting agreed accuracy levels
  • Adhering to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.)
  • Sharing standard methodologies and process ideas
  • Identifying problems through audits or customer feedback

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred skills include:

  • Prior experience in retail banking/mortgage or finance industry
  • Proficient written and verbal English interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to type between 40-60 words per minute with more than 90% accuracy
