Job Title:

Kapiva is a modern ayurvedic nutrition brand requiring an experienced copywriter to develop and manage high-quality content for all paid marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in copywriting with a strong background in advertising, particularly in the areas of digital ads, content management, and writing across various mediums.

This role involves developing creative copies and scripts for digital ads across different formats, including static images, motion graphics, videos, and more. It also requires managing a team of content writers, video specialists, and freelancers to create engaging content campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a clear strategy and vision for content campaigns, working closely with designers, freelancers, and agencies as needed.

2. Research, write, edit, and proofread all levels of copy, including headlines and body copy, for online and offline channels.

3. Support sales channels in developing sharp communication targeted at consumers across the customer lifecycle.

4. Collaborate with the marketing function to create world-class content focused on health, wellness, and Ayurveda themes.

5. Continuously innovate and stay up-to-date with the latest trends to maintain high content quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate degree or diploma in communications is preferred.

2. 1-3 years of experience in copywriting with a strong ad agency background.

3. Ability to come up with creative ideas with strong storytelling skills.

4. Fundamental understanding of digital advertising.

5. Experience with video scripting and mood boarding is a plus.
