Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze recruitment and outreach activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and update a database of teachers, administrators, and contact people for workshops and information sessions
  • Negotiate with new contacts to increase inquiry production
  • Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, in a timely manner, providing superior student service
  • Collaborate with alumni network to develop new student/professional networks and garner student referrals

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with working territory and demographics of cities/towns in the area to best reach the student population
  • Teamwork with colleagues to achieve college-wide enrollment goals
