Litigation Associate Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Litigation team as an Associate. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs that meet the highest standards.
  • Represent the firm in courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities with confidence and expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong drafting and legal research skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
