About the Role

As a Senior Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising shop floor operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.

  • Prioritize production activities in line with project and client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication, TIG/MIG welding for stainless steel assemblies, assembly, and finishing processes.
  • Oversee resource allocation and optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Drive compliance with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure robust in-process and final inspections.
  • Analyse production KPIs (output, downtime, rejection, efficiency) and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the integration of prototypes and new product designs into the production process in coordination with R&D.
  • Mentor and train production team members on best practices, welding methods, and safety protocols.
  • Initiate process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement projects.
