Job Title: Fleet Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee daily operations of our fleet, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This is a full-time role that involves managing documentation, liaising with clients, and supporting the team in achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure vessels meet terms and conditions by monitoring daily reports and coordinating with masters.

2. Collect cargo documents from vessels at load/discharge ports.

3. Evaluate and analyze vessel performance in charterers' format.

4. Prepare freight invoices and demurrage claims according to charter party terms.

5. Send deck and engine logs after each voyage to charterers within stipulated time.

6. Raise timely charter hire, freight, bunker reimbursement, and demurrage invoices to charterers or brokers.

7. Assist vessel Operation Superintendent in day-to-day work for smooth vessel operation.

8. Select, appoint, and approve agents' PDA and FDA.
