Verification Lead

We seek a highly skilled Verification Lead to drive the deployment of verification tools, platforms, and strategies for advanced IPs and sub-systems.

  • Lead simulation-based and hardware-assisted verification initiatives, including thorough debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Apply expertise across a broad spectrum of verification technologies—simulation, static, and formal—to ensure robust coverage and quality.
  • Develop and enhance verification methodologies, including the creation of verification cockpits and automation of CAD flows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in verification engineering, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in verification technologies and workflows. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams are essential.

  • Broad expertise in simulation and debug, with a proven track record of silicon success.
  • Hands-on experience with static and formal verification tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard verification languages (SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA) and scripting (Python, Perl, TCL).

Key Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in verification engineering for complex hardware systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive innovation in verification technologies and workflows.

  • Broad expertise in simulation and debug, with a proven track record of silicon success.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including IP design, DV, and tools teams, to deliver high-quality products and contribute to Synopsys' reputation as a global leader in EDA and semiconductor technology.
