Financial Management Professional Needed.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management principles and a proven track record in preparing financial statements, managing month-end closures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The role requires a solid foundation in accounting standards and a strong grasp of taxation laws. The candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Manage the entire month-end book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances.
  • Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
  • Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Design and implement SOPs across the company to ensure compliance and control.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.
  • Experienced in team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS is essential.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GST compliances and return filings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
