Job Title: Industrial Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Specialist to join our team.

  • This role will involve specifying, implementing and qualifying manufacturing process equipment in compliance with SPS principles.
  • You will be responsible for selecting, validating and introducing new assembly technologies and processes locally.
  • Development of new layouts and improvement of current layouts, vendor support functions, lean manufacturing and value stream approach will also be key aspects of the job.
  • Bringing technical expertise within local industrialization teams or local manufacturing engineering teams is crucial.
  • You will design and provide assembly manufacturing lines with process flow, instructions and tools.
  • A key deliverable of this role will be the creation of manufacturing process specification documents within project management processes.
  • You must have an understanding of customer process requirements, product requirements and be able to provide technical solutions.
  • This role involves specifying, implementing and qualifying manufacturing process equipment in compliance with SPS principles.
  • For new offers, you will ensure product assembly feasibility. For manufacturing, you will contribute strongly to continuous improvement actions for process equipment.
  • As a specialist in product selections, you will have expertise in conveyor selections, pneumatics, robots integration, pick and place, servo slides selection, gluing, plasma treatment, potting, bowl feeder tightening equipment selection, welding, laser marking camera inspections.
  • You will have skills in innovative, precise and cost-effective solutions for meeting technical challenges.
  • Specialist in product and process design FMEA and proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor is required.
