Job Opportunity

A highly skilled and technical professional is sought for a key role that involves analyzing and resolving complex issues. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance technical expertise.
Requirements
  • CCNA certification is mandatory.
  • Qualified degree in engineering or equivalent in computer science/IT/MCA with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Optional certifications: CEH, AV, VA, SOAR, ITSM, ITIL.
  • Alternatively, BCA/B.Sc.-IT/B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 6 years of experience.
Work Schedule

16*7 shift, including Sundays, from 8am-4pm and 12 noon-8pm.
