UK Visa Counsellor Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to guide and support students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support:
    • Handle initial consultations for UK study inquiries, addressing eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
    • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and document checklists.
    • Assist students with education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
    • Convert inquiries into registered students.
  • Application Process:
    • Collect and verify documents from students.
    • Submit files for document assessment through partnerships.
    • Follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays.
    • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and financial guidance.
    • Assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
  • Visa Application Stage:
    • Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice).
    • Complete and verify UK visa forms.
    • Assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents.
    • Submit final visa applications through partner systems.
  • Post-Visa Support:
    • Support students in pre-departure activities, including accommodation, travel, and orientation.
    • Maintain regular communication until students depart.
