Associate- Visa Application Specialist

As a detail-oriented and proactive Associate – Visa Application, you will play a vital role in supporting students throughout their visa application journey. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documents.
  • Reviewing and verifying documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  • Tracking application status and providing timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Handling queries and resolving issues related to the visa application process.
  • Staying updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
