Job Description
:The successful candidate will have experience in US Healthcare Calling processes, specifically in AR Caller roles for Providers and Payer Collections.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in AR caller/collections or Patient calling with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in contacting US Healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other Third Party Administrators.
The role is highly performance-driven, with a focus on daily call volume.
• Good communication skills with a neutral accent are preferred. The ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without exception is essential.
• Complete received audits with quality and accuracy.
• Achieve quality and production targets.
• Follow project-related protocols and instructions.
• Maintain accurate logs, including productivity, clarification log, and any other relevant logs, on a daily basis.
• Consult with the Manager/TL for any clarifications.
• Respond promptly to all emails from the Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OIG regulations across the team.
• Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with company Compliance, Information Security, and Regulatory policies, procedures, and programs.
