About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Solutions Architect to join our team of data enthusiasts in healthcare payment integrity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various payers and providers, helping to reduce provider abrasion and enhance provider engagement with our innovative solutions.

Our team functions as both R&D and operational excellence teams, constantly discovering new patterns through state-of-the-art technologies. As a Data-Driven Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing data-driven solutions from scratch and consulting on potential solutions, storyboards, and POCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design descriptive and predictive analytics frameworks to meet client savings targets
  • Drive business metrics that contribute to top-line growth and profitability
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive insights
  • Develop descriptive to prescriptive analytics for business monitoring and operational excellence
  • Translate data insights for business stakeholders to communicate equivalent business context
  • Apply next-gen technologies to all parts of the analytics lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy and business optimization
  • Post-graduate or MBA (preferred) OR a graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Science, or Statistics
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • At least 7+ years of experience in analytics using SQL, SAS, Python, basic statistical concepts, and analyzing data to interpret results for the business
