  • Monitor student academic progress, identify challenges, and provide necessary interventions to improve learning outcomes.","
  • Conduct continuous assessments and evaluations to track student understanding of the curriculum.","
  • Work closely with teachers and counselors to develop customized academic plans for students requiring additional support.","
  • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to keep them updated on their child's academic and personal development.","
  • Organize and participate in parent meetings and conferences to discuss student progress, challenges, and goals.","
  • Address parental concerns, provide guidance, and suggest ways they can support their child's education at home.","
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, assessments, and behavioral observations.","
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis on student performance and development for internal use and communication with parents and school leadership.","
  • Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) and other educational software for efficient data tracking and reporting.","
