What You'll Do

This role involves shipping analyses and experiments that drive core product metrics, including match quality, time-to-hire, candidate experience, and revenue. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Designing and running A/B tests and quasi-experiments, followed by timely incorporation of results into product decisions.
  • Crafting source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models to empower self-service insights across teams.
  • Instrumenting events with engineers to enhance data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
  • Prototyping quick models to improve matching and scoring, from baselines to gradient boosting.
