We are seeking a talented Software Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations with various Property Management Systems (PMS) and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining integrations with PMS and third-party platforms
  • Developing and optimizing our integration pipeline to ensure reliability and efficiency
  • Understanding the nuances of downstream systems and architecting scalable integration solutions
  • Engaging with PMS partners to identify and implement new features and updates
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues to ensure system stability and performance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend web development
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and experience working with NestJS or similar backend frameworks
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and its various paradigms
  • Strong understanding of automated testing at every level (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
  • Strong understanding of API development, including RESTful APIs and SOAP XML
  • Experience working with message queues and understanding of pub-sub architectures in distributed systems
  • Familiarity with databases and ORM frameworks for efficient data management
  • Proficiency with Git and development tools such as Visual Studio Code (or any preferred IDE)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to test and validate code before deployment
  • Experience with integrating third-party systems and optimizing data flow between platforms
