Our company is seeking an exceptional Backend Engineer to lead the technical direction of our backend systems and engineering initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience with designing and developing scalable microservices and robust API designs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions, while guiding the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture.

In addition, the Lead Backend Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives, drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability, and mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in backend development, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable skills include deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices, as well as experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams are essential qualities for this role.
