Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

This is a challenging role that involves ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of our applications and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT operations and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and AWS.
  • Strong expertise in web server administration, including IIS and Apache.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Good understanding of network protocols and debugging tools like Wireshark.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ASP.Net and SQL databases.
  • Ability to fine-tune applications for performance issues.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD deployment processes.
  • Thorough understanding of monitoring systems and methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills.
