Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Data Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
