Senior Creative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Strategist to lead our team in developing innovative and effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creative strategy, team management, and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of junior creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Campaign Planning: Work with the New Business team to plan and execute creative ideation and pitches.
  • Presentation: Present creative plans and scripts to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Award Winning Work: Ensure all creative work meets award-winning standards and apply for relevant awards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Creative Lead on campaign progress and results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team to coordinate daily tasks and activities.
  • Direction: Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on creative ideas and concepts.
  • Briefing: Break down briefs to junior creatives to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Revisions: Conduct revisions based on internal and external feedback, setting realistic timelines that meet client goals.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on brands, their competition, target audiences, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
