Job Role:

  • You will be a multi-functional professional, contributing to both front-end and back-end processes to ensure the success of our clients.
  • Deal management is at the core of your responsibilities, encompassing pitch deck creation, financial model development, business plan formulation, teasers, and more for clients across diverse sectors, stages of operation, and geographic locations.
  • Client advisory services are pivotal, requiring you to structure funding rounds in line with current market conditions and suitable investor needs, demonstrating an understanding of private investment markets concerning funding ask, valuation, financial models, business projections, etc.
  • Quality service delivery is paramount, meeting strict deadlines, and managing multiple deals concurrently.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Investment Analysis is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 candidates are preferred.
  • Experience in startup fundraising or the venture capital industry is advantageous.
  • This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere without needing to attend the office daily.
  • A reliable laptop and good internet connection are essential for day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory.
