We are seeking a seasoned backend engineer to spearhead technology initiatives and coordinate input from stakeholders.

This role requires 4-6 years of experience in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications using Spring, Hibernate, and MicroServices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing new backend services and applications
  • Participating in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing, and production releases of backend services
  • Contributing to department best practices and guidelines implementation
  • Efficiently identifying bottlenecks and fixing bugs

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mentoring junior developers is a plus
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented software development and data structures
  • Proficiency in Java, knowledge of frameworks like spring, hibernate, etc.
  • Knowledge of multithreading and memory management specific to mobile devices and caching mechanisms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Dockers, etc.)
