Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager Finance

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Financial Planning: Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly financial close. Maintain compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS) and company accounting policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability. Provide insightful analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.
  • Skillset:
  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership skills and experience in scaling up a start-up through funding efforts.
  • Self-Driven Professional: Self-driven, results-oriented individual with impeccable integrity.
  • Proficiency in Financial Tools: Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, and reporting software.
  • Candidate Profile: Candidate well-versed in dealing with auditors and consultants.
  • Advanced Expertise: Advanced expertise in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Effective Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CA/CMA/CA Inter qualification required.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years PQE experience required.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind-AS.
