The position requires a skilled professional to conduct bioanalysis, focusing on ligand binding assays related to pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join our team in performing complex biological assays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunoassay and bioanalytical pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity assays.


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all activities conducted in the laboratory comply with established SOPs, procedures, systems, and regulatory guidance.
  • Collaborate with Study Director, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA) during raw data review, observation closure, and archival.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for project execution, documentation of data, data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the preparation of SOPs, protocols, methods, and reports.
  • Maintain reagents, buffers, and log books for assigned assays.
  • Analyze results, anticipate, and understand issues related to the assay.
  • Present data for discussions and follow EHS requirements at all times.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field, preferably with a Biochemistry background.
  • Strong background in immunoassay and bioanalytical pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity assays, with good understanding as per regulatory guidance/industry practices/internal Standard Operating Protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in Ligand Binding Assay (LBA) development, validation, and sample analysis, including knowledge of ELISA and MSD assays.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as OECD, GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, EMA, and FDA guidelines.
  • Manuscript writing ability is preferred.
  • Proficiency in software like LIMS, GraphPad, Adobe, etc.
