Drive Client Engagement as a Research Associate

We're seeking a skilled and client-focused Research Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and positioning our services effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in client engagement, business development, and research.

  • Manage multiple conversations with clients and prioritize effectively to drive conversions.
  • Develop customized proposals and follow up to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the research team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
