Job Title: Fullstack Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of scalable, AI-powered applications that drive business growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end development of AI-powered applications (backend, frontend, and AI integration).
  • They should also be proficient in integrating LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents into our existing infrastructure.
  • A strong background in Python is necessary for developing APIs and backend services.
  • Additionally, knowledge of React.js / Next.js for creating modern, interactive UIs is required.
  • Experience with relational & NoSQL databases, vector databases, and async processing is essential for our team's success.
  • Deployment on cloud platforms using Docker/Kubernetes & CI/CD pipelines is a must-have skill.
  • Application of ML techniques for structured data (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection) is also a key responsibility of this role.

Mentorship, code review, and best practices will be critical components of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- End-to-end development of AI-powered applications

- Integration of LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents
