Sales and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit at trade shows to promote company products and manage company and associate booths.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, independent jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores.
- Manage all Sales Operations by coordinating with various internal departments and servicing for all orders received and processed.
- Collaborate with Product development team to develop new products for respective clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development in the jewellery industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
