Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including sales and revenue strategies.
- Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed.
- Negotiation and mediation skills are necessary in finding opportunities to resolve conflicts efficiently and favorably.
- Decision-making skills are key to weighing the costs and benefits of various options and determining the best course of action to achieve company goals.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
- Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitors' activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
