We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Architect to manage and secure access to our Amazon RDS environments.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Identity and Access Management, particularly in integrating Active Directory groups and implementing robust access controls which needs to integrate with Database.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in AWS IAM and access management.
  • 3+ years of experience in database security, specifically with AWS RDS.
Job Description:

As a Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing database security policies, including access controls, encryption, and data privacy best practices.

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational security policies, leveraging AWS IAM and Active Directory integration.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with database access and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
  • Security Implementation: Develop and enforce database security policies, including access controls, encryption, and data privacy best practices.
  • Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational security policies, leveraging AWS IAM and Active Directory integration.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with database access and data integrity.
Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of AWS security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in writing IAM policies and managing permissions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
