Job Title: Creative Visualizer

About Us:

We are looking for a talented and experienced visual designer to join our team. As a creative visualizer, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics, short videos, and other visual content to communicate updates, policy changes, and product information to our team members.

You will work closely with our operations, training, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate communication to our team members. Your role will also involve maintaining a consistent visual identity across all communication materials tailored for our team members.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or communications. You should be proficient in design and editing tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging multimedia content (GIFs, infographics, reels) for internal announcements and product updates.
  • Develop and edit training videos for our LMS, ensuring they're informative, easy-to-understand, and culturally resonant.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication materials tailored for our team members.
  • Help create simple, multilingual content for ease of understanding across diverse regions.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, content creation, or communications.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into engaging, visual formats.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in communicating with blue-collar or frontline workforce is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is a bonus for creating localized content.
