We're looking for a Visual Art Director who can steer the creative vision for our most ambitious digital productions.
You will lead the design and visual direction across projects, ensuring a high level of craft, storytelling, and consistency across every pixel we deliver.

Application Form:-   Key Responsibilities: Creative Strategy & Vision Translate creative briefs and client goals into compelling visual strategies for CG, VFX, and AI-led projects.
Define the visual tone, look development, composition, and style for each project — from initial concept to final execution.
Act as the visual guardian across campaigns, installations, or digital-first content pieces.
Art Direction & Supervision Work closely with the strategy, CGI, design, and animation teams to oversee all visual development.
Guide moodboards, storyboards, color scripts, styleframes, and lighting direction.
Supervise the visual coherence across all assets: from 3 D environments and character design to simulation and render passes.
Review and refine outputs at every stage — ensuring photorealism, mood, and brand tone are nailed.
Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with creative directors, motion designers, AI artists, and VFX supervisors to bring complex ideas to life.
Translate client vision into a scalable, innovative aesthetic approach that aligns with the Unstitched design language.
Present visual concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and creative conviction.
Production & Process Oversight Define and maintain visual pipelines, quality benchmarks, and file standards across CG/VFX/AI workflows.
Work with producers to scope art-related timelines and deliverables.
Mentor the art and design team to elevate visual craft and execution.
Profile Requirements 6–10 years of experience in CGI, VFX, animation, motion design , or AI-generated art direction.
Strong portfolio showcasing world-class visual work in commercials, branded content, installations, or immersive/AI experiences.
Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4 D, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Blender (or equivalents).
Familiarity with AI image/video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion) is a plus.
Deep understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, and design principles.
A strong aesthetic sense with the ability to push creative boundaries while staying brand-relevant.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of directing multidisciplinary teams and articulating visual decisions clearly.
Bonus: Experience working on 3 D billboards, immersive 360° videos, or real-time installations.
