Client Retention Specialist

This is a highly sought-after role where you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to retain them as valued customers.

  • Manage client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies across B2B accounts to maximize long-term value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analyze churn risks and implement proactive measures to prevent client loss.
  • Work closely with product, compliance, and cyber risk advisory teams to align solutions with client needs.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B client retention, account management, or customer success, preferably in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Risk Advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise risk management.
  • Proven track record of managing client renewals and reducing churn in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations and drive resolution.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.
  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or IT Security is a plus.
