Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Strategist to oversee and drive all paid marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

  • Drive budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention\
  • Build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved\
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decision making\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve performance marketing strategies\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for data-driven decision making\
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies\
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and team members\
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning to drive business growth\
