Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive digital marketing strategies and grow brand visibility.


This role requires someone who is hands-on, creative, analytical, and excited about finance, capital markets, and B2B storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, SEM, content strategy, and performance marketing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content, especially on LinkedIn, to build credibility and trust with the target audience.
  • Design high-impact visuals using Canva for posts, ads, decks, and landing pages.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, template creation, campaign execution, and A/B testing.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance across platforms with clear key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in finance, IPOs, AI, and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or financial services context.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content strategy, and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in visual design tools, such as Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
