About the Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily AP operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Train, manage, and support accounts payable staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate in audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Generate insightful reports to support financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership skills preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
