Project Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating between clients, consultants, and contractors.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time on-site role located across our live construction project sites in India.
  • The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site execution, including supervising teams and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in project execution and site management.
  • Strong technical expertise in structural works, finishing, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in project documentation, drawings, and site coordination.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and compliance.
  • Ability to supervise teams, monitor progress, and handle problem-solving on-site.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
