Job Title: Instrumentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing instrumentation systems that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:
  • Develop instrument datasheets, installation drawings, and hookups
  • Create instrument location layouts, cable tray layouts, and control room layouts
  • Design wiring and interconnection drawings, loop wiring diagrams, and construction/erection tender documents
  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary activities such as P&ID review, 3D model review, and IDR/IDC documentation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience with design calculations including instrument sizing, control valve sizing, flow meter sizing, and safety valve sizing
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG plants and NEC standards
  • Knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification
  • Instrument selection expertise covering all types of field instruments, especially in hazardous areas
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in FMCG plants
  • Strong understanding of design deliverables, technical calculations, and industry standards
