Proven track record of success with a minimum monthly spend of over ₹2 Lakhs per client. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, analyze data, and report on performance for both internal teams and clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer behavior and creative advertising strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of dashboards and conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Meta Events manager. Knowledge of SEMRush, Moz, and Looker Studio is a plus. Leadership qualities, practicality, initiative, and eagerness to work are essential traits for this role.

What We Expect in the First 6 Months:
Gaining a deep understanding of the business being supported, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and evolving into a complete end-to-end campaign management role. Supporting the Paid Media HOD in strategy, execution, and reporting activities, and contributing to excellence in paid media through quality control, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement.
