Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert

A highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing professional is required to excel in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns relentlessly by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Test like a pro by running structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with creatives to convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive into data to analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps.
  • Drive growth by managing budgets effectively to ensure every dollar spent drives measurable results.
  • Stay ahead by exploring new paid channels (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • Analytical-driven mindset – comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance – able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
